BIS Privace with BES environment

There are quite a few IT Policy settings, but one thing I am not sure about in my quick look at them: Is there a separation of privacy between BIS mail accounts and BES accounts? If the phone is owned by the individual, yet used in both corporate and private roles, can the phone owner ensure that the BIS information is private? To what extent?

Does the BIS have the ability to log ANY of the email activity in BIS? What about SMS messages? How are the factored into any individual privacy issues?

If you are using a device attached to a BES you should have no expectations of privacy from your employer or the party supplying the BES connection.
