 Bidirectional Contact Sync - only working in one direction
Hi,
I have BlackBerry Professional Software 4.1.4.3.
Global Properties>Global PIM Sync is set to Bi-directional and on the BB's they have Wireless Synchronisation set to Yes in Contacts.
Only changes made on the BB's are sent back to Outlook and any Contacts in Outlook never get propogated to the BB. Any changes made to Contacts in Outlook never get propogated either.
PIM Sync Policy Group settings are not set in our IT Policy
What have I got wrong that is preventing Contacts synch'ing to the BB's from Outlook please?
