BESx not syncing all contacts

Admin newbie here,

Just installed BESx and migrated users from old BES server.
All seemed to be working correctly.
Now notified that the sync of contacts has removed some of the contacs from the devices on several users.
CEO even lost famliy contacts on the phone.
The contacts are still there in Outlook/exchange.
However they have disappered from the users BB 9630(tour)
I have researched everywhere for an answer but have come up blank.
all patches and updates applied to both OS and to BESx.


Any ideas would be helpful

Go in the the contacts on the devices. Got to options. From there type rset. It will say " THis will erase your Desktop contact list, and reload it from the your server. Hit yes and in about 5 minutes it should be fixed.
