Default BESX How do I create a user account?

I'm going from BPS to BESX and I've almost got it working. The BES task is definitely running on the Domino server, but I can't log in. If I try to use the "Domino Mailbox" authorization, I get a strange IIOP error. However I can log in using the "Blackberry Administration Service", with the credentials from she server's administration account, but that tells me I'm not a blackberry user. So where does the BB Admin service get its credentials from? I figure if I can get there I can set up my users that way.

Is that from Windows users? SQL Server? How do I find it?

Hints and suggestions anyone?

I have a BES, but I believe the administration is mostly the same.

First time you log into the BES/BESX console, log in as the system administrator account you created during installation. This login is used under the "Blackberry Administration Service".

Once you are in, you are going to create another administrator account that I use for my day-to-day activities. Under Administrator User choose Create. Enter a name/userid/password as well as a security level. Choose security administrator as that is the super user.

Now if that account is also going to have a blackberry associated with it, go to User/Manage Users. Click on the user you just created from the steps above and choose "Enable as Blackberry User". Follow the screens and assign an activation password.

From there, go to your device and from Enterprise Activation, type in the internet e-mail address or the user as well as the password you assigned above.

I'm one step closer. I registered myself twice once using "Create a user" and then again with "Create an administrator user", figured that might get confusing, so I deleted both of me and followed your step to recreate me as a Administrator user. The problem is that I now can't enable myself as a BB user -- when I try to find me via name or e-mail address it says "BB Admin service can't find the records you were looking for" -- Strange it found it earlier.
Got another suggestion?

Ignore this -- I figured it out. I was putting in the "Display Name" and the email address, when I put in the email address only it works.
