There's a BESx connector from AppWorld that allows wireless activation, otherwise cable activation is required. I presume thta your BESx services are running and the BESx is communicating with Exchange correctly?

You do not need a special connector. BESx will work just like BES with wireless activation.
I assume you have the BESx installed as per RIM's video of install. You will reboot the server twice as I recall. You musyt also be sure the BESx services are properly running.

Once that is done you must log into the BESx admin website on your BESx server. Then you add a user from the Exchange user list. Either email a password or create your own. Then you must go to the BlackBerry and use the Enterprise Activation tool, which is built in, to connect. You will need at least a 50% charge on your battery and at least 3/4 of 3G or 2G signal. Poor cellular reception will hurt the activation.

I found wireless activation takes about 20 minutes for everything to synchronize. Once that is complete, emails show up within one second of them arriving on the Exchange server.

Enjoy.

Or, when you have logged onto the server that has the BESx on it launch the BAS and connect the BlackBerry by USB to it and then you should have the option to Manage the device. Once this comes up you should be able to assign the device to a user - providing you have laready set them up.

Unless you don't subscribe to the BES plan with your carrier. In that case, you would need the app he mentioned, or you'd need to use a wire to activate.
