BESX on Exchange 2003 Server - setup.exe will not start

I am getting an error message that states:

Blackberry Enterprise Server Installation has failed. Please check the install log for more information. Set Up will now Exit.

Any advice on how to fix this?

Did it die right off the bat or part-way through the install?

I did the install and got as far as unzip the file BEXS_express_5.0.1.exe. The next step was to double click on the SetUp.exe file and when I do this the error message appears.

Actually what I should say is I did the download, unzipped the file and next step was SetUp.exe and that is when I received the message.
