Default BESX Doesn't see new users?

I am totally losing my mind... I have had BESX deployed for a couple months now with no issues. Today, I created a new user in Exchange 2010. Then logged into the BESX console, attempted to add that user to the BESX server. BESX server can't see the new user! In fact the BESX still sees several old Exchange users that were deleted earlier today... I have rebooted both boxes several times, checked Active Directory on Domain Controllers. Any ideas?

If it's anything like BES for Lotus, there's a task that runs sometime early morning that queries the mail server for account changes. They don't take place instantly. I know there is somewhere you can force this task to run, but I can't remember where at the moment.

Edit: Found it. To force the update in BES, it is under BlackBerry Solution Topology, BlackBerry Domain, Component View, Email, then click on Refresh available user list from company directory. Once again, this is for BES, but I'm assuming BESX would be similar.

Resolved! Thank you so much "Murilita"! You pointed me in the right direction! To confirm he was right on with the instructions even on a BESX server! The other issue I ran into was this error "The user list from the company directory cannot be refreshed because a mailstore server is not running.". To resolve I started the Blackberry Mail Store Service and Refreshed available user list again. Still not sure why the Blackberry Mail Store Service stopped again after the refresh...
