BESX - Change Email delivery time?

Hello..I've been testing out the new free BESx in my organization. We currently use Blackberry Professional, but I just put myself and one other person on the new one. So far I like it better but there's one thing I've been unable to find: mail delivery frequency adjustment. That was in the version of Blackberry Professional we have set up (can't remember where for the life of me, since it's been months since I needed to add anyone).

Is there a way to reduce delivery frequency on the new BESx? There's a ton of options, so maybe I'm just missing something.

I don't even remember seeing that options in my BPS software... where is it located?

For the life of me I can't seem to find the sucker today. I know it's there, since one of the VPs here insisted on not getting buzzed every time he got an e-mail, which means if he is getting them then I died a long time ago.

Of course, i set all that stuff up a year and a half ago and didn't write it down...

BPS is a different animal. BESX will push email as it arrives. There is no option to deliver messages every x minutes.

So this scheduled push functionality is only available on full blown BES, not BPS or BESX?

It is not available on either BES or BES Express. They both do instant push.

I run BPS and I've never seen this option, I'm going to have to take a closer look.

I just wiped our old BPS box or I would try to find this setting. I don't really recall ever seeing it though. Can't this VP just mute his/her email alerts and only look at it when he/she feels like it? That setting sort of defeats the purpose of a BES.

The point of BES and BESX is to deliver them instantly. I have never seen a delay time either, that would require push/pull wouldn't it? BES/BESX is push.
