Default BESX CDO COM Exception

The environment is as follows: Microsoft Exchange 2010 installed across two machines – Client Access and Mailbox roles. Running Windows Server 2008 R2.

BESX V5.0.3 is installed on a separate dedicated machine, running Windows Server 2008 R2. The BlackBerry Service Account (in this case is called BBAdmin) is not a domain admin, has local admin rights on both the CAS & Mailbox server and the BESX server.

All the correct Exchange permissions were applied to the BBAdmin account using the EMS. All prerequisites have been carried out as per the installation guide.

The MAPI and CDO installation pack is version 1.2.1 (6.5.8244.0) and is installed on the mailbox server and the BESX server.

All BlackBerry services are running successfully on the server and the BAS is running and accessible. There are no entries in the server logs regarding CDO errors.

The installation carries out successfully and everything looks to be in order – however, when running IMESTest.exe, all tests pass successfully except:-

BESAdmin: CDO Logon successful
BESAdmin: CDO COM exception: Code = 80040704, WCode = 0504, Code meaning = IDispatch error #1284
Description = Your profile is not configured. [Microsoft Exchange Server Information Store - [MAPI_E_UNCONFIGURED<8004011C>]].
BESAdmin: CDO test failed

Tried everything I can think of to no avail, any help would be appreciated!
