Default Besx

Ok, I have an interesting situation. I installed BESX on our SBS domain controller and started testing it to see if it worked. Long story short, it worked well until we implemented a hosted solution of Microsoft Forefront. The test user could receive emails, but could not send. Since then, I have moved the BESX server to a virtual machine running Server 2008 R2. Once it was setup, it worked just like it did on the SBS server, could receive but not send. I have double checked all of the send as permissions, and have found that they have all remained intact. So if anyone has any useful suggestions on how to go about finding out what is causing this I would appreciate it.

Thanks,
Ryan

Logon to a client machine (XP/Vista/Windows 7) as the besadmin user account, configure Outlook against one of your users mailbox and try to send from there. If the problem still exists it is down to AD "Send as" permissions

If I setup outlook with the BES account and try to send from the user I get an error that says you are not allowed to send to this user. If I setup the user under the BES login, I can send just fine.
