BES5 Express, random sync
Hey folks
I've got a BES5 Express server installed and set up and has been running okay with 2 users on it. Server is Exchange 2007 and Outlook client is 2007.
The CEO is a busy guy and he makes constant tweaks to his calendar and although most of the time these changes move backwards and forwards fine, some do not. When that happens I have to log in to webmanager, go to the device and click Calendar Sync and it queues a full sync. This works every time.
Problem is, this is now happening every day and it's a chore to do. The whole point of the server is not to do this. I have already killed his BB with a wipe, reloaded the OS and done the Enterprise activation (on the cable as it's Express). Give it a day or 2 and I'm back to having to do the manual pushing of the sync.
Any ideas folks?
