BES wireless activation not working

Hi

I have a user who has just got a new device (Bold 9700). I have deleted and re added him to BES, set the activation password and they have entered all as usual for wireless activation.....but it comes back with a service unavailable message.

Went back to the old device (Bold 9000) and wireless activation worked fine.

The new device shows BIS as not connected in service status...is that the problem??

It sounds like the carrier hasn't provisioned the new phone properly.
