BES user not receiving all emails.

Hello, On of our blackberry BES users is not getting all of his emails that outlook receives. 2 days ago he received 17/25 emails but yesterday get got 28/28 emails.

I have checked his blackberry and it has no filters or anything on it.

Is there any reason that this should be happening?

But does he have any active rules running in Outlook or on the Exchange server to redirect messages to folders that are not synced to the BB?

Nope, he has everything going to his inbox.

Does his phone have a data connection? For instance, on Verizon, if the phone displays 1x or 1xev, then it does not have a data connection. It must be displaying 1X or 1XEV. I've found a battery pull, turning the phone off and on, or just turning the mobile network connection off and on usually resolves this.

edit: then again, if he is receiving some but not all emails, this probably isn't the case.

Yes he has data. But if he did not wouldn't the BES just queue the messages and fire them off when he was back in a good area?

I have the rules on Outlook and all the mail in rules not push to BB, do we have the solutions for this??
