BES Update 4.1 to 5.0 and Policys

Hi,
i'm getting ready to perform a Upgrade on our BES on Saturday.
Can someone tell me if the upgrade will keep my current IT-Policys for the Mobiles or will the upgrade delete them?
I didn't found that in the documentation from RIM

Yes an upgrade will keep the policies. The only time you will need to recreate your policies is if you create a new database and migrate the users with the enterprise transporter tool
