Discontinued Support Notice:

Software Development support is discontinued after 31/01/2008 for all versions of BlackBerry Enterprise Server v4.0 and Resource Kit v4.0.5. There are no more planned releases of service packs or hotfixes for this product. Any support beyond this date may require an upgrade to a supported software version.

Service Pack Release Dates:

BlackBerry Enterprise Server v4.1.5 for Microsoft Exchange & Domino is due to be released on 14/02/2008.

BlackBerry Enterprise Server v4.1.4 for Novell GroupWise is due to be realeased on 27/11/2007.

BlackBerry Enterprise Server Resource Kit v4.1.5 is due to be released on 21/12/2007

New user of Crackberry and am trying to download a ring tone. I beleive I submitted the wrong BB. I have a 8300 and put in 8230, can't find a way to change this, went into EDIT but would only allow me to change personal information. Any suggestions ???

On July 2 2011, there will be no more support in the form of Service packs, Maintenance Release or Security vulnrabilities. You will however be able to call in and get support to fix it if need be.

This might be a good time to think about an upgrade to BES 5 or BES 5 Express.
