BES Service pack - quick question

Hello all, a really quick question I hope, ive tried searching but I can't find an answer specifically to this.

All I want to know is, am I going to be able to service pack a customers BES 4.1 server from service pack 3 to service pack 7, or will I have to install all packs individually, i.e. 3 first, then 4, then 5, etc....

You can upgrade straight from sp3 to sp7. Just take a backup of the BESMgmt SQL database before you do the upgrade (just in case). Make sure the BESMgmt.mdf and BESMgmt.ldf are set to unlimited growth.

BES 4.1 sp7 is end of life/support in July 2011 so you should start thinking about upgrading to BES 5.
