We're running BES server 4.1.3.16 for Novell Groupwise 7. For some reason, it won't send PIN msgs out anymore. It says they sent when I go to send them, but they never reach and when I look in the log files I get this message next to the users name:

Packet returned as ILLEGAL - could not be delivered to device

I can't seem to find anywhere what this means or how to resolve it. Anyone have any ideas?
