Default BES Professional Manager

I'm running BES Professional with 3 users. One of the users lost his Blackberry. While trying to assign a new device to this user I deleted his user account. Now it won't let me add him again because it says I don't have any available licenses. Help.

When you delete the user the SQL delete command gets added to a queue in MSDE, this queue gets processed by SQL in its own sweet time.

You could connect to the DB direct and remove the user from the UserConfig table

Check the available CAL license details in your BB Manager. If it shows all are used then you can flush the database by using dbflush utility. Plese check RIM's official documents for how to use the same.
