BES IT Policy resetting language
We have a problem with our Storms, for some reason a few of them are unable to call use voice mail. When they call vm the numbers on the pad disappear (greyed out). The are unable to enter 4 to skip or 7 to delete.
To fix this they have to change the default language setting on the handheld to English from English (United States). This will work until the BES pushes the IT policy back to the phone.
Any idea where I can change the default language policy?
