    Default BES PIM sync issue

    A users profile on the BES doesn't allow me to change the
    address book location and relative path under the PIM Sync section, each
    time I change, hit apply and ok it changes itself back to the default.
    I've wiped the handset and deleted the users profile from the BES and
    recreated it, but the same still happens

    Any ideas would be appreciated
