BES Log Files Language problem

hey everybody,

I'm using a BES 5.0 SP2 and I'm facing a problem with the Log files for the BBM. anyone that types in Arabic language it comes as ?????????? in the log files. is there is something like language support ? although the SMS log can read the Arabic sent messages.

Do you have the Arabic Language pack installed for your operating system the BES runs on?

i have the Arabic language pack on the server that the BES running on and as i said i can get the PIN Messages and SMS logs in Arabic language
only the BBM i can't which is actually driving me nuts.
