 BES Individual Mailbox Settings
I have a BlackBerry Bold 9700 on T-Mobile running OS 5.0.0.330. Prior to activation on the BES when I restored my BB info, there was an option to determine which mailboxes appeared in my main messages folder and there was an individual icon for my enterprise Outlook mailbox. Since activation on the BES, I can no longer choose which email accounts I want to appear in my main messages folder and there is no longer an individual mailbox for enterprise messages.
Can you please let me know if there is a setting in the BES to re-enable these features and where it is so I can explain to the BES admins? I don't think we upgraded to BES 5.0 yet as I can't sync email flags.
