BES on Microsoft Exchange Online is pretty much BS. Like all Hosted Exchange providers, Microsoft makes you pay a monthly fee per device. Last time I looked I think it was like $7 or $9 per device, per month, which is fairly in line with their competition. But the place where they differ is that normally the BES CALs are included with the BES hosting; not at Microsoft. Microsoft not only charges you to "manage" the hosted BES server and devices, you pay a per device activation fee AND you have to bring your own BES server CAL, SRP key, and BES user CALs. Pretty much it is complete BS. If you are looking into Hosted Exchange with BES you should look into another hosting company like 123exchange.com where they don't nickel and dime you to death like MS. Just my $0.02.
