BES Express - Removed User - Help

I removed a user from the BES Admin Service, deleted them. Now I want to re-add them to use BES on thier device, however; they are no longer listed in the available user list in BES Admin Service. I have rebooted server and refreshed the company list from company directory. The user is still listed in the AD.
How do I get a user back?

OK so I found out how to remove a user for the "qued deleted" list and put them back as an available user.
How it still will not activate. Doing a wipe right now.

this happened to me last week, but I never was able to figure out how to get them back on the list. Could you let me now how you were able to accomplish this?

I am not at work right now, but when logged in as Admin, do a Search and then Advanced Search and in the lower right had corner it asked for search to list those qued for deletion (or something to this affect) and you change the No to a Yes or False to True and then the search results will show those deleted. Let me know if you need more info and I will get back on Monday.
