BES Express - Move user to new server

I am currently running BESexpress 5.0.1.4 on two servers, both with unique licenses. I need to move the users from the old server to the new server. How do i go about this?

I have tried using the "Manage User/Move user to new server" link, but i cannot see the new server in the list of available servers.

Do you want to move users from full BES to BES Express then it is not supported. There is no way for it. However if you want to move users between BES Express then you can have below 2 options.
1.

2 Options:
1. If both the BES are using same database then you can do it from BES console.
2. If not then you will have to use Enterprise Transporter.
