Default BES Express 5.0.2 running on exchange 2007
We have migrated from BES 4.1.4.3 to BES Express 5.0.2

Complaint is- user not getting mail on their blackberry device

We have check with IEMSTest.exe tool - getting error EWS calendar find request... failed & Send As permission

Please help……….

Sounds like your permissions are incorrect. Have you followed the setup instructions from RIM?
