BES exchange sync problem

Hi,

We mapped four fields from exchange (outlook) to user fields 1-4 and having a problem. It seems the last character on each of the user fields are being truncated by 1 character. For example if "Hello World" is being synced to user field1, "Hello Worl" will be displayed on the blackberry. If "Yes" gets imported into User Field 2, "Ye" will appear.

Has anyone had a sync problem like this, where the last character is being truncated? I'm lost and can't find any answers.

Probably worth running some more tests, noting the time of the tests and then digging around in the _SYNC_ log to see if you can see any errors.
