Default BES, Exchange, Subnets, Global Catalog issue.

We are doing a migration of our BES Server. Same version BES, same kind of box Windows server 2003. (changing database from MSDE to SQL express).
The new box is in a different subnet from the old box. When I try to configure the MAPI of the new box I get the following: Name could not be resolved.
I check the log file and found this entry...Ensure that IPv6 is disabled on the Exchange Server or configure the BES to use the closest global catalog server
I can ping the exchange server so why dosen't the name resolve.

Old BES Box IP: 10.11.xx.xx (name resolves)
Exchange IP: 10.11.xx.xx

New BES Box IP: 10.20.xx.xx (name will not resolve...)

New server and old server use same DNS 10.20.100.15.

Of couse we can move the new server to the 10.11.xx.xx but why do we need to?

Default

I haven't run into this before but I know I had some issues with exchange before and IPV6. I had to disable it to get some of the Active Synch and other remote stuff to work.

As long as you aren't using IPV6 then it won't cause any isues disabling it.
