BES errors - No description string found

I recently took on the role of the BES administrator and unfortunately I know very little of the BES environment. Our logs are showing the same errors each day and I am a bit lost on where to start. below is the major error we are seeing each day:

No description string found. string-data=[MailStoreExchange::RefreshGALUsingMAPI - Error in HrFindExchangeGlobalAddressList result=0x80004005. ]

This error happened 954 times yesterday. Any help would be appreciated. thanks
