BES Error Log - reached max restarts - Need Expert?

Any BES Error Log experts that would be willing to look at a couple of my logs?
I see on other forums that the "ctrl" log contains the best info on troubles. I would be happy to send via email if someone would be willing to look at it. I see the issues, however; even after searching, do not find fixes. If anyone knows who I could send them to, plese inform.
Have BESX on Server 08 with Exch 07 and getting the "restart reached the maximum of 10 restarts per 24 hours" error.
