BES email reconciliation only half-way working
We recently moved a group of email mailboxes to a new mailstore on our Exchange server. Now, after a reboot of BES, reconciliation is working, but only half-way.
When I receive an email, if I read the email on my Bold 9000, it will reconcile it as "read" in my Outlook client. However, if I read a new email in Outlook, even with a "reconcile now" on my Bold, it will not mark it as read.
So all actions on the device reconcile properly to Outlook, but Outlook actions are not reconciling to my device. So far I have confirmed this on 1 other Bold 9000, so 2 of us right now.
Any ideas? I tried the "Reload User" and "Resend IT Policy" for my account on our BES server. Nothing's changed yet.
