BES Email Help!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a user that is connected to BES. When the user plugs in their BB (8520) into the computer, they still receive emails through their phone (& outlook) like normal. He does not want to receive emails on his phone while the phone is plugged in (usb) but still wants to receive them to outlook. When unplugged he wants to receive them through both phone & outlook.

I've been told his old phone was capable of doing so.

How do I do this?

Any guidance would be great.
