Default BES Email Group

When our first level support activates a phone on our BES, they are required to manual add the user to a "Blackberry User Group" in our global address book in Lotus Notes. This step gets over looked quite fequently.

Does anyone know of a way to have this sync automaticly? Or have any suggestions on having an external user list without manually exporting the names?

Our thought is to have an up-to-date list of users if our BES should ever go down and we need to email / notify the users.

There is probably a way to get the user list programmaticly into the Domino Directory, you can probably do some sort of query into the SQL Server database and grab the names that way. Lotus connections might do the job otherwise it would definitely require Domino and SQL server programming skills.
