BES console not loading options or information

I am running BES version 4.1.4.17 on a Windows 2003 Standard edition server with exchange 2003 running on it. I have 6 users under management on this server and all of their phones are syncing fine with the server. My issue is that there are no options or information when I open the BES console, home screen is blank, users tab shows users, pis and contact time but no information for their phones and nothing when I right click on the name to try to modify the account. I would appreciate some help, let me know if you need more info. I get no errors when loading the program. Thanks.
