Default BES and Calendar sync

So a friend of mine has a BB Curve that is using BES with outlook. She is allowed to use her BB for personal use as well. She of course wants to use it for personal and business calendar. The issue is whenever she adds a calendar entry, it is synced to her outlook and she does not want to sync her personal calendar entries, just her business entries since others can see her calendar through out her company.

The question is, is there a way to block certain entries from being synced or blocked from others seeing it? Does marking in "Private" on the BB do anything for that?

I am not on BES otherwise I would test it. And of course since I am not on BES I do not know if this is a BES question or just a possible limitation that the BB may have. I thought the BB Administrators out there would be the best to ask.

Any help is much appreciated.

"Private" appointments are sync'd to the BES calendar. Other users to whom you have given access can see that you have a private appointment and the time of the appointment, but they cannot see the details of the appointment.
