BES Calendar issue

Hi ,
I have a issue with Bes express version 5.0.2.29 and am having a calendar sync issue. When I add a entry in my phone on the calendar the appointment jumps ahead 1 hour.
Example: If i add the appointment for 2pm it will jump to 3pm after about 5 seconds and I cant work out why it is doing that.
Is there any suggestions?

have you looked at your time seetings were clocks go forward an hour

I found the issue on the phone. Our timezone is +10 and with daylight savings on I now have to put the phone time zone to +11. This gets around the problem but now my phone is in a zone that Im not actually in. Is there a way to fix the daylight savings on the phone?
I have a blackberry storm 9500.
