I have someone with a 9650 that is unable to send picture messages through their pictures library. When they select the picture they want and try to send it, they just get the message saying an IT setting is blocking this feature, meaning something in BES isn't allowing the mms message to go through.

The BES policy I'm using right now is just default, and MMS is enabled, so I'm not sure what's keeping them from being able to send a message. Any help would be great.

Something that's even weirder is that when they try to send a picture from the their Camera Pictures, they can send it fine. It's only if they try to send from picture library.
