Default BES Activation Suggestions...???

HI Administrators!

I've got a small problem im hoping you guys can help me understand and possibly help solve.

I was receiving emails from "network@...na.blackberry.net" and wouldn't stop....i called SPRINT and they 1) had me remove/install DM on my laptop, claiming i erroneously installed it and 2) deleted my DEFAULT (CICAL) & DEFAULT (CMIME) books. Neither one solved my problem, so while in the Options screen i re-enter my Ent Activiation.... and doing so "formatted" my 8330. it removed all data. not what i was hoping for.

SO... now that its back up and running, my BES activation isn't going through. I've got everything working, did the data provisioning but when i go to enter my Ent Activation is says to contact my administrator.

1) Is the a common error? I'll contact my admins on Monday, but hate the fact going the weekend without all my contacts.... i do not have/want a backup b/c in the past it has been a NIGHTMARE loading my backup then dealing with the Ent Act being activated and now i have DOUBLE CONTACTS.

2) recall the emails i siad i was getting.... total of 70+ emails. Sprint said i did something to cause this. I did not...not that i know of. I did not play with DM, only thing i was working on is trying to get some BT headsets to work, nothing which could possibly cause a setting to be changed to RIM Server to cause emails to be sent asking me to "do not move, reply, forward this email, this is for the server to...." something something. Any ideas why i got these emails?

I know its a lot, i apologize... i figured the more i added the greater you might understand the position/situation. Any suggestions or info regarding my issues would be greatly appreciated!!!

The emails are generated by the device to initiate enterprise activation, normally the BES picks them up before you have even seen them arrive in your mailbox. Sounds like you need to speak with your server people.

Delete all activation mails from your mail box and try to do the activation again

Those messages will stay in your inbox if the server isn't polling your account to check for messages.

There could be numerous reasons why, your account may not be setup or there are server problems with your BES, in any case you need to check it your IT Email folks.
