BES Account deleted, registered and still syncing

Hi All,

I used my personal BB on a BES and learned that EVERYTHING is backup automatically on the server. So I got a company issued phone and asked them to delete and re-register my account so that everything wouldn't automatically sync.

They've deleted my account twice and created a new user but all my old data still gets synced.

Does anyone know what exactly needs to be done to delete ALL my information that's stored on the BES server? I couldn't find the option in the BES software I glimpsed at for a minute and apparently the IT guy couldn't either.

When they delete your account, make sure they delete the profile as well.

Thanks; I'll tell them that tomorrow. Do you know where that option is? Or is it in the same place as when deleting the account?

It asks them when they delete the account.
Do you want to delete account? - Yes
Do you want to remove all messaging information from the server? - Yes

Some times it takes about 20 min to flush the data, make sure the pending delete finishes it job.
