Question BES 5 BAS login dropdown

I was using AD authentication for logging into the BAS in my BES 5.0.1 environment, until we started having the not able to log in errors. RIM suggested setting up BAS authentication logins for all my helpdesk people which I have done. However, on the BAS login screen, it defaults to AD authentication in the dropdown. How can I make it default to BAS authentication instead?

Well try this to get AD auth working. Go into the BlackBerry Administration Service under component view. Go to Microsoft Active Directory authentication, remove anything from the Global Catalog search base field (leave it blank) under global catalog server discovery, use select server form the list below. Add some or all of your global catalog servers below. Save that and reboot the server. Post results
