Default BES 5.0 Visual Voice Mail

I am running BES 5.0 and some of the time the policy does not work for Visual Voice Mail. It is odd because I only have 3 policies I use, default and two custom ones. One day VVM will just stop working for a user. It says contact system administrator. It even happened to me, no specific pattern. I have looked at the VMM setting in the policy and have left it to default which is allow.


Any one else seen this?

It sounds more like a deivce issue to me as you have not restrcited its use. What models and firmware versions are you using?

You could use javaloader to view the event log on the device but I'm not sure if it will say anything.

Everyone is running .148 and it is happening on a few phones. The error is that a Policy is preventing use please contact your system administrator.
