BES 5.0 Visual Voice Mail
I am running BES 5.0 and some of the time the policy does not work for Visual Voice Mail. It is odd because I only have 3 policies I use, default and two custom ones. One day VVM will just stop working for a user. It says contact system administrator. It even happened to me, no specific pattern. I have looked at the VMM setting in the policy and have left it to default which is allow.
Any one else seen this?
