BES 5.0 IT Policy problem
HI, I have a problem trying to get an IT policy to change in 5.0. I resend the policy I want to try and it will show under "Queued IT policy" and says it was applied but under "last reported IT policy on device" never changes. I rebooted the server that didn't help. The "IT policy time" is being updated but the policy name never changes. I even tried to apply a different IT policy and no luck. Anyone have the same problem or know a fix or what I could try?? Thanks.
