Question BES 5.0 - IT Policy & Delete User
I am trying to change the IT Policy for a user and I get the attached error. When I try to delete the same user I get the attached error. Any ideas?

Restart the Blackberry Controller and Dispatcher and try again.

Update: restart of my BES seemed to cure it as advised from RIM TSupport.
