BES 5.0 Express calendar settings?

Hello! This forum has always been a great resource, but my search skills are failing me so I finally registered.

I installed BES Express 5.0 on our Exchange 2003 server (Server 2003) Monday. I've set up a few users and it's mostly been smooth sailing. However, I've run into a small issue that I just can't find a solution for.

Calendars are reconciling just fine, but they are only going back 1 week or so in the past on the devices, not counting recurring appointments. The users are complaining and I can't find the setting to specify how far back I want it to go. My advice to let the past go and move on with your life has gone unheeded

Could someone point me to the settings for this?
