BES 5.0.1 - unknown issue

My current setup is as follows:

Windows Server Enterprise 2008 R2
Microsoft Exchange 2010
BES 5.0.1
SQL 2005 express (BES INSTALL)

issue:

BAS Cannot return and Mailboxes from Exchange 2010

The BlackBerry Administration Service cannot find the records you were looking for. Verify the search criteria you specified and try again.

when i try to search or add from: Add user from company directory

mailbox is on exchange and is in AD but bas cannot pull the mailbox...

i check my mapi on the bes configuration and put in the exchange server exhcnage.com and check the name and it finds the server no problem...

need help thank you

I fixed the issue in registry needed to add 001e6602 and the FQDN

I'm glad you fixed your issue.

One point to add is that BES 5.0.1 doesn't support Exchange 2010. Upgrade to BES 5.0.2 + MR1.
