BCP-420 certification study materials?

A client of ours got a support plan that came with 5 free exam vouchers so we are going to get certified. I would like to get the BCP-420 and found the Exam guide and practice test. Does anyone know of any good free (not stolen or braindumps) study materials or a good book if necessary?

How are the tests compared to say a Microsoft test in terms of difficulty?

We just renewed our RIM support and got a voucher. Has a lot passed BCP-420?
