Default BB Professional Express - User Initializing

I have created a new user, and their status has not changed from initializing. According to a support doc on Rim's website, restart the sync service or they've got nothing. They say the initialize I guess, gets in a vicious loop.

Oh, I guess I should mention that it's Exchange 4.1

I've restarted all of the Black Berry services; I've restart the SQL services just in case; I've even stopped the Blackberry Server and deleted/readded the user and nothing.

I need to reboot my server tonight so I'm hoping that might clear it up. In the mean time, anyone have any suggestion?

You dont mention it so I have to ask - have you began the Enterprise Activation from the device? The BES user will remain in the Initializing state until you Enterprise Activate the device.
