BB not filing messages

Our CEO is having an issue with filing messages on his BB, in Outlook 2007 if he moves a message to a sub folder it will remain in the inbox on the BB. Hide filed messages is on and if you look in the sub folder the message does not appear.
Any thoughts?

I'm on Lotus Notes Domino but I have noticed that it can take up to 20 minutes before a message file action from Lotus Notes is send to the Blackberry (the process is called folder scans).. You can force3 this by selecting "Reconcile now" from the menu on the blackberry. BTW, if you file a message on the BB then it's immediately transfered to the BES that updates the mail server.
