BB lookup fails with unknown error
BES: 5.0
Lotus Notes: 7.0.3
Intermittently Blackberry device lookups (ALP) fail (for all users).
Message in the logfile points to "Collection container is null". I have never before seen this message. Any idea on how I can restart the ALP service or fix it altogether?
regards,
Dirk
