BB does not download body of emails

Hey all,
I've been lurking on this site for about year. What a great wealth of information!

I've been having problems with the last 4 Blackberry's that I've activated on our BES. They will download email and sync fine but when you click on an email, it shows the bytes remaining to download. To read any of the message, you have to click 'More' or 'More All' for it to download.

I called Verizon thinking they could fix it and they could not find the problem. I activated a Sprint phone yesterday and had the same issue...so it's not a carrier problem.

We've got over 70 BB on our server and this just started happening to the last few phones...?

We are running BES 5.0 and Exchange. I assume there is a setting on the BES to fix this. If anyone could point me in the right direction, I'd really appreciate it! I've searched here and on google and have not found anything.

Open one of the messages on the blackberry, hold ALT and type VIEW. This will reveal the refid at the top of the message. The search that days MAGT log (look in c:\program files\research in motion\blackberry enterprise server\logs\YYYYMMDD) and search for that refid - this should allow you to locate any activity for that message and hopefully give an indication of any problems.
